I am a gentleman with long hair. I was hired for front desk at a hotel in Indiana and the manager that hired me said that my hair wasn't an issue. After training a couple of days, another manager asked me to cut my hair, and when I refused, I was fired. Can they fire me when I was hired with this condition?

Yes, they can. Just because you had long hair when you were hired does not mean they are required to allow it in perpetuity. Nor does it matter how long you had been there.

Refusing the lawful order of a supervisor is a really good way to get fired no matter where you work.
