What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? My state is Michigan; I have a signed at will contract and my employer is making a retroactive pay cut change and is asking me to sign a new contract. It says if I don't sign the new contract with the retroactive pay cut by a certain date it will constitute rejection of this offer. Does that mean I continue to work at my original pay, i am fired or it is considered that i quit? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
