i live in warren ohio have been employed by company for 17 years was hurt on the job almost 2 years ago my doctor of record reales me to return to work as a truckdriver but never to return to tirerbuilding or factory work i have permanent restrictions no repetive use of left hand no lifting over 25lbs with both if i reinjure this hand i will lose my ring finger first i reciaved letters from this company i was terminated then i recieved letter i voluntarily quit they canceled my insurance notified child support i quit and all i did was find a job within my restrictions thanks tim
