Working as a civilian for the government, as a Director/Manager of a department, Reported fraud waste & abuse to IG in May 2003, command conducted a investigation substantiated my report, refered for criminan charges, sat on desk (investigation completed in July 2003) supervisors I had reported on fired me in October 2003, stating for performance, never counseled once, What are my rights/options at this point in federal court??
