What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA
Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone knew if there is a statue of limitations(?) on having been terminated for an event that happened 6 years ago and having just recently had the complaint filed? Any help woul dbe appreciated..

California is an "at-will" state. You employer does not need a reason to fire you. There is no such thing as an SOL in your case.
