What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TX

Ok ill start from the beginning i have been working at this job for approximately three years. I am a valet and there was a ipod stolen from a car that i parked 2 weeks ago, i didn't worry about it because i know i didn't take it. So a few days ago my boss and the head of security call me to a office and sit me down in a room. They tell me that they know i have it to just admit and it will not go on my record and that 3 people said they saw me the ipod. They kept pressuring me to confessed. I kept saying no! no no i didn't take it and they told me im fired and not allowed on there property then they escorted me out to my car in front of all my co workers which was so embarrassing and humiliating. They have no hard proof because after i left they kept trying to get ppl to say that they knew i took it. So what can i do ? i do not want the job back i just want my named cleared. o yea sorry about the spelling and grammar mistakes.
