Can I be fired for no cause at all upon the discretion of my supervisor? No warning, no indication of poor job performance.

Yes, unless you have an employment contract or are a member of a union. You are at-will. You can be fired any time, for any reason, or no reason, even if the boss has a headache that day and thinks you are the cause of it.
