I live in Ohio and I started a new job last month. In the last 7 weeks that I have been there, I left early but worked a full 8 shift 3 times. This was ok'ed by the supervisor each time. After the third time, the woman who runs the place said that I am only to work the shift I was hired for or be either cut to a part time lower position or be fired. I left early for a ballgame, a wedding & a doctors appointment. Can she legally fire me or demote me? Please let me know......
