First I was robbed then I was fired. What is the name of your state? NC

I worked for this company for 2 years. Then one day I was robbed at the end of my shift by a black man . I am a black man. On this day of the robbery there was two white mngrs. standing 5 feet behind me and said they didnt here a thing until I told them we were just robbed.
The robber got away with 100 dollars, I was fired that night pending investigation. I am still out of work . I did not know the robber. ​

I followed the procedures to the T.
