What is the name of your state?THE RIGHT TO BE A SLAVE STATE:
FLORIDA

Can an employer with a signed employment contract, with the
promise of full time employment be in breach of contract when
contract states full employment then in practice only offers
part time employment ?

Is the employer required to present to an employee's request
for a copy of signed contract upon time of hire ?

Potentially, sure. It all depends upon the exact wording and terms of the contract.

Is the employer required to present to an employee's request
for a copy of signed contract upon time of hire ?
Huh? That sentence is structured so goofy I'm not sure what you're asking.

In other words; isn't an employer holding a signed
contract with an employee suppose to give a copy
of the contract to employee when employee request
a copy at time of hire?

If you signed a bonafide contract you are entitled to receive a fully executed copy (i.e. a final copy inclusive of any revisions signed by both parties.)

Did you keep a copy of the contract for yourself when you signed it?

Well...no. I couldn't get a copy. I was flatly, denied my request for a copy.

I don't carry a photocopy machine in my back pocket nor did I carry a
camara phone at the time.

The employer at hire said,
:D "We don't allow our contracts to be copied due to fear from the competition."

I had no choice since I was suffering from chronic unemployment and needed
the job at the time.

Oh...Yeah, almost forgot the rest of this story. :)

I'm still unemployed. I go to the State's "Agency for Workforce Innovation" Florida's Unemployment Compensation Claims Services. Hoping to receive the necessary funds to assist me with my bills, living expenses till I find better employment and funds for re-training. (that's what Gov. Jeb Bush says American workers should do-seek your best potential!)

I left my employer voluntarily.

Only after employer decided to abuse the employment contract; cut my work
hours to low un-livable wages, to find the State UCC claim denied 'cause employer states, "Employee vacated position on own accord." On appeal the State sides with the employer.

I'm still working a re-appeal hoping to prove to the State the employer was in breach of contractual obligations and practices since employer presented no evidence of signed employment contract at UCC hearing.

I don't hold much hope the State of Florida UCC will be fair.
Only because employers fund part of the State's UC Services system.

So...Please :D someone give me an example of a State that can out perform Florida's
"Right to work like a Slave laws".

Maybe the State's UC Services decision board members are 'out sourced' to another country?

I hate to tell you this, but you're not going to get paid UC benefits when you quit in ANY state.
