My husband and I live in northern VA. He was recently fired while out on medical leave. He has excuses and has been working there for over a year. He recently received a raise and is a model employee. My question is in addition to suing for his previous position with the company back can we also sue for lost wages or mental distress? If so, what amount is justifiable?Thank you sooooo much for your help:D
