What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Massachusetts

Hello,

I was terminated by my company after 12 weeks of FMLA (company policy).

I am now looking for a new job as the issues concerning FMLA have passed and I can work without any restriction.

Question:

Am I eligible to collect unemployment until I find a new job?

As long as you otherwise qualify and are medically cleared to return to work, yes.

After reading your previous posts, I want to add, and as long as you are not also collecting disability benefits.
