What is the name of your state?CA girl with forgotten past, Well I talked with my supervisor and her supervisor and they really want to help me with my situation and keep me on cause I'm a excellent worker and haven't had anything show up in my past except this one situation. Can someone please tell me how do you go about expunging a ticket from 20 years ago that is interfering with your present if you have nothing else on your record except that. Do I just show up in court and ask them? What do I need to do. Any help would be great! Thank you!

No, you don't just show up in court and ask. You need to discuss the matter with a local attorney and find out if this is even possible. It's my understanding that some States don't allow this.

By the way - a 20 year old traffic ticket is interfering with your present employment prospects? That seems extremely odd.
