A friend and I both worked for the same employer, both of us were fired on seperate occasions. Before our termination our employer took photographs of us. Following our discharge, the employer has used both our pictures and our names on the businesses website for promotional purposes. Neither of us ever signed a consent for the employer to do so. Is the use of our names and likenesses for promotional reasons legal?
