What is the name of your state? CA I have been on wc for almost 2 months, then decided to find a new job that is less physical. After completing the medical exam for the new job, I revealed the facts about my elbow injury from the old job. Now, they want me to obtain the progress notes from my wc physician, and hand them over to them. My question is if this is legal, and do I have any rights to decline their request.
