I am applying for a job in the state of Ga. I entered a nolo plea in august of 1995 to a charge of possession of marijuana less than an ounce. This is a misdemeanor in Ga. The first question in the convictions section of the application asks about felonies and says to include all pleas of guilty or no contest. The second question asks about misdemeanors in the last 7 years but does not say anything about including pleas of no contest. Do I have to reveal the misdemeanor no contest plea? Will it show on a criminal inquiry? It was in a Dekalb County courthouse where the case was heard. The job is in Cobb County.
