spanish woman was fired after 3 years because instigated birthday party for a staff after told no more parties. Another group of workers also had a party but no trouble for them. What is law?

Hmm. need to know more facts. Races/ethnicities of others. Were they warned of this new policy before they had their parties?

If all the information you have is accurate and leads to a possible conclusion it was racial, this woman has a good wrongful termination case. But it will be hard to prove and win, especially if the rule was no parties and she blatantly had one anyway.
