I work in a company with three departments. Developement, Accounting and Property Management. I love my job but not the workplace. The reason is because I have to hear people call each other vulgar names behind their back. It upsets me because I do not see a problem with anyone and feel like I am being forced to listen to the vulgar language. I feel I am being forced out do to this problem. it severely affects my atitude and performance. So I feel I must leave. i do not think this is fair and am considering suing? Do I have a case?
