MY NAME IS JEFF I WAS EMPLOYED BY A 3RD PARTY LOGISTICS CO. MY JOB WAS TO MATCH OVER THE ROAD TRUCKERS WITH FREIGHT, ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO I WAS GIVEN A WRITTEN WARNING FOR DOING JUST AS I WAS TOLD 2 DAYS LATER I WAS TERMINATED. YESTERDAY I WAS SERVED WITH A CIVIL SUIT FROM THIS CO. FOR $10,000.00 CAN ANYONE HELP ???????????????

The termination appears to be legal - yes, strange as it may seem, it is legal to fire people for doing what you told them to do.

Regarding the civil suit, what's it for? (And please take off the caps lock before you start typing your reply.)
