In Washington...I was hired by a church to do community work at a specific salary. I received confirmation of my start date and starting salary. I went to work and gave my resignation notice. That same night when i arrived home there was an email from the pastor of the church telling me he was sorry but that it just wouldn't work out and he knew I had given my notice at work and hoped I could get my job back. do I have ANY recourse????
