WOW and I did give you polite, accurate and simple advice! And where the hell did I judge you?

If you don't like the fact that offer letters aren't legally binding contracts, that's not my fault, buddy. You want to change this fact, slamming me is not the way to go.

And whose fault is it that you didn't make reference to any other kinds of contracts in your first post? How is this my fault? All I did was ask about contracts you hadn't mentioned...and that means I'm judging you? How the hell do you get that from my polite and simple question?

You want any more accurate legal advice, you're sure as hell not getting it from me, not after that rude and snotty reply of yours.

it wouldn't be useful to the OP anyway EE. S/he has it all figured out regardless of what correct advice s/he has been given.

not really sure why s/he even came to ask anything since s/he had it all figured out before they came here. I guess just moral support.

I believe for moral support, you go to Oprah. Or Dr. Phil.

EERELATIONS,
That comment was not geared towards you! If you had read a previous message that I personally sent to you, you would have understood that.
The remarks were made to others who not only gave there advice but saw fit to make comments to a question I was very unsure of. Isnt that why people come to this forumn?
My appologies to YOU if you considered this an attack on your advice. I assure you again this was not meant for you.
Thanks again.

It sure looked like an attack on my advice! I replied about the contracts and immediately after that came your angry response! It sure looked like you were responding to me! And it still does look like that!

And BTW, that PM you sent me was 'way before you posted about the contracts. So that has nothing to do with any of this.

As I am sure you can see a prior post of mine was deleted and in its place is where I wrote that comment. The prior comment that was there I mispelled a word (sign) and seems that it made my question the butt of any joke. Contrary to what you said about the pm I sent you that was sent at the same time I wrote about the contract.
Once again thank you for your advice, I have appologized to you for you believing this was geared toward you. First time on this site and I just wanted the correct answers.

so precious, you have never really answered the question of having a contract. Do you have a contract signed by both you and the employer you can walk into court with?

BUT, eerelations made an attack on my advice! Said I could not read.
Yet, my advice is the ONLY why you have any chance at that job.

Your advice was ridiculous and showed very clearly that you did not read the original post which clearly stated he was told the offer was RESCINDED and he does not have a job there to report to. Your advice SHOULD have been attacked. YOU need to pay more attention before you add your 2 cents to make sure they actually add VALUE to the thread.

You can't write either.
