i work in a nonprofit organization, in ohio. i have a new director who is just on a trial basis for 3 monthes. upon her arrival she fired one employee and replaced him with two of her close friends. we are an equal oppurtunity employeer and there were now ads or nothing to hire someone for this position is this legal?
