A was recently fired. My employers quoted to me that they could just fire me under the At Will Law. I was searching for another job, and the interviewer called my current employer and after that I was terminated under the At Will Law. What is that?

In virtually every stae all employees are deemed "employees at will" UNLESS they have an employment contract. Read the sections of FreeAdvice.com on Employment law and related topics as it explains things real well. But even if its at will employment, they can not discriminate on the basis of age, sex, race, etc.
