can a teacher be fired for saying something mean to a secretary? our principal says he will slap a 38 something on us if any teacher is ever mean to one of the secretaries.
a secretary was upset when i called down to the office and again told her not to interupt the class (first time by phone, i told her to send up a student, second time by classroom speaker) for i was giving a state test to the eigth graders

what can he do? can he legally put this in my permanent file? I did nothing wrong except ask to be left in peace to give this exam.
