Can you sue your employer if they did not disclose information prior to your start date that they were under investigation for fraud? This not only affected my current ability to get new business but also tarnished my reputation in the community because I was associated with this group. This also put a significant amount of stress on me during my first year as I didn't know if I was going to now be part of an ongoing investigation.

I would not have joined had I known about this situation in full prior to starting.
