In Michigan, An employer shall pay all wages earned and due to an employee engaged in any phase of the hand harvesting of crops within 1 working day of the termination.
But if you are not engaged in any hand harvesting of crops, Michigan law states that the employer must provide your final paycheck "as soon as the amount can be determined".
