I live and work in Michigan. I was fired. I need to know how long my former employer has before they are legally required to cut my final paycheck?

In Michigan, An employer shall pay all wages earned and due to an employee engaged in any phase of the hand harvesting of crops within 1 working day of the termination.

But if you are not engaged in any hand harvesting of crops, Michigan law states that the employer must provide your final paycheck "as soon as the amount can be determined".
