Does anyone know for sure how long an employee has to file a wrongful termination suit?

It depends on what kind of wrongful termination suit you believe you have; also whether you work for a public or private employer. It could be as short as three months or as long as two years.

You'll need to provide some details. Also, please be aware that about 95% of people who believe they have a wrongful term, don't.
