I work part time for the county govt. in Ga. Another county employee,(Supervisor type position) has started coming to my job site,(He has this right) and hugging on me. I ask him to stop and reported it to my supervisor. His reply was that he had resisted the urge himself. Nothing has been done and I also learned that this has been done to two other women. What I would like to know is if I need to go higher up chain of command; City manager or County Comm.etc and if so, how can I most effectively do this? Thank you
