Today Ended my Employment, The reasoning I was being let go was Violation of the Zero Harassment Policy.........I undersand Why I was being let go. I had made a comment that was "unapprpoiate" (It was a joke, taken badly by someone else.). But My question is.....When I made a complaint to 3 other managers that someone was sexually harassing me. He was never fired, only spoken too.
Do i have any grounds to fight with?
