Walmart is already in big trouble for wage and hour violations. Your boss is an idiot for continuing to engage in these practices. If you aren't being paid for your overtime, contact your State's Department of Labor and file a complaint regarding your unpaid wages.

I worked at a place that was supposed to be doing this. I never knew it until I heard there was a complaint filed. The employeer lost and based on the results everyone who was there during any of the period when this happened ended up getting a settlement even though (in my case) I didn't work any OT.

File a complaint. If you win your coworkers will love you and your employer will decided to follow the rules.

Can you please write correctly?

And that is a crock of crap - -the labor board is required to investigate.
Why should you write a letter asking to keep your job? That is so freaking insane.

I'd tell them to go shove it. Go work for a competitor!!

OK, I'm not sure I see the problem, other than the threat of being fired from Wal-Mart. And that's not the problem, it's the solution!:D

As long as you are getting paid for your overtime, where is the wage and hour violation?
