I got hurt at work twice within a month.Reported both to super.Sent Dr.Statement to Human resources like instructed.Fired by mail while off work per Drs.orders.PT denied,Refused to pay Medical bills,and lost wages.I provided discovery stuff and,deposition.Have pre-hearing conference in 3 days.What if anything am I entitled to what should I expect at conference, and what are my options.I welcome any and all opinions and much needed advice.
