Hello,

When i was in university i sign a bond/contract saying that after my studies i will work for company X for minimum of 3 years because they will be paying my studies (if i quit my job before the 3yrs i will have to repay the expenses incurred by the company in full....). But when i started working i signed a new bond with the company X and in the new bond there's no mention of the sponsorship thing.
Is the first contract still valid?
I mean if i quit will i have to pay back the company?
