I'm not sure whether or not I have committed unemployment fraud. While working for my ex employer there were a couple of days that I had to miss due to taking care of my mother. Sykes either called my mother or she called them and told them that I never missed a day of work to take care of her. So during the appeal this was brought up and I'm waiting for the decision to be made. My question is this if I win will Sykes try to sue me for unemployment fraud because they are claiming that I lied.
