My company recently implemented a Performance Mgmt. Process in which 1 out of every 10 Supervisors must be labelled a poor performer. This individual will then be denied a bonus and any pay increases for one year (~$25,000). And, given the nature of the business likely denied any oppourtunity for further advancement. Assuming no discrimination is involved are there any legal actions that can be taken if one feels they were wrongly identified as the poor performer?
