I am an independent contractor in Washington State (a product tester), and i worked over 40 hours in a week. Is the company that contracted with me required to pay me overtime, or what. I am required to come in at set hours of the day, and also required to meet a 40 hour week. I am not set to test certain products, rather I am here doing a wide range of products. Please, any help you can give would hlep
