Isthe Caddo Indian Tribe of Oklahoma, which claims sovereignty, bound by the rules of the Federal Wage and Labor laws? Can the tribe, for instance, arbitrarily choose not to pay overtime? The state of Oklahoma says they have no jurisdiction over the tribe's hiring/firing practices, but does the Federal agency?
