I am a consultant to a federal agency in Washington, D.C. I am paid by a private organization but I really take orders and task from a government task manager. I am worried about all the time off I will need to take for medical appointments. (We have reached a medical clinical part of trying to conceive). I am worried with all of the time I am taking I will be fired. I was told that infertility is covered with the family leave act.
