What is the name of your state? TX
What can I do?
I moved to TX with a company as a promotion and to help ramp up a new center. 4 months went by and one day a new company comes in stating that if you are a supervisor or below you now work for this company. We were all told that we had to fill out a new application to have on file for this company. I want to know if there are any grounds to sue based on false pretences that i moved 1900 miles to work for a company that i know nothing about. Or is this okay by law and Why.
