I was wrongfully terminated from my bartending job for stealing. I pride myself in being honest. I was accussed by a corporate chef, who had been drinking who claims that he witnessed me giving away drinks. I ran the highest sales, ect. ect. I am positive that I have a case against them, as far as wrongful termination. I have been doing a lot of research, and no one really gives you a formula as to what kind of settlement I should be looking for. I don't know if anyone can understand going to work, doing the right thing, and being fired for something from left field that is completely false.
