I was wrongfully terminated and eventually was exonerated of any wrong doing in private arbitration. I received full back-pay and promotions but not interest. I need to know of any California Statutes or precedent court cases that talk about interest on back-pay. I work for a County Government Agency. Also, can I sue a Government Agency for punitive damages?
