I was recently fired from my work because I used the internet many times. My employer found out about it because he had a program installed in my computer to monitor everthing I did. I am angry not because I was terminated but because they also got my personal internet e-mail passwords and my personal conversation with my friends using AIM was also recorded. I also believed that my personal internet (yahoo) e-mail was accessed. When I was hired, there was no verbal or written statement which indicated that my work or computer will be monitored. Do I have grounds for filing a lawsuit? Thanks in advance.
