This is not paranoia. A co-worker,with whom I associated with at work, was recently fired for stealing. During the investigation, He was placed under visual and electronic surveillance(wire taps) at work and at home. Because of my work association with this person, I was also unfairly targeted by this investigation. I work for a government entity, in the state of Tennessee, that has a law inforcement division. Is there anyway that I can determine if my home phone was or is being tapped now? What is my legal recourse if it is?
