What is the name of your state? CA

A 42 years old employee was select for lay off in result
of "office politics". One of the reason why his supervisor did not like him because he represent certain danger for her job security.
This employee had a superior performance (documented in
Numerous government inspections), excellent knowledge and
Initiative. Position itself is a very critical for the
Company. Is there is a basis to file a suit against the
Company. If yes what supportive materials must be collected?

*** As already answered in your other post (which you subsequently deleted), no. You would have no legal standing to file an action on behalf of another party.
