A job application asks for listing all convictions. Do I have to list everything even though some convictions like traffic violations happened over 10 years ago? I am in Pennsylvania.

I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.

Job applications usually list it like please list all crimes you have been convicted of (excluding traffic violations).

Did your traffic violations only include tickets and stuff, or more serious stuff?

Also, if you had past criminal convictions expunged, you don't have to list those.
