What is the name of your state? washington

I would like to know if an employer is legally obligated to work an employee in the compasity stated on the job description? ie: you are hired as a customer service rep. but are scheduled and work as a stocker, which is work that was not listed in the job description you applied for or hired under.
Also, is an employer legally obligated to advertise the complete job description, or to state the complete job description in an interview? ie: same description as above, stocker was actually part of the job but never explained to new hire or stated in the job description advertised or show at interview.

An employer has no legal obligation to have a job description at all. Therefore, there is no legal obligation to adhere to the job description after hire, show the job description before hire, or advertise the job description at all.
