My company posted a job opening with all the qualifications listed. (job description). After the final date to put in for the job and 15 people put in for the job the employer decided to change the job description and now none of the 15 are qualified. Is this legal? I need an answer ASAP and Thank you so much for your reply.

Yes, it is legal unless the people were discriminated against because or race, religion, gender, or disability.
