I'm from Minnesota. The company I work for hired me without enforcing a pollicy about body piercings. Now they are strictly enforcing it. If I do not comply I will be fired. Am I imune to this because of the way I was hired? Or If I am fired is there any action I can take?

Most likely you have no option. Employers are allowed to establish the dress code they are comfortable with for their employees, and they are allowed to make changes both to the code and to how strictly they enforce it. You could always call the state DOL to see if your state has any specific regs.
