I am living in MA. One company send a letter to me after interviewing for the job. In the letter say I am not qualify for the job, BUT I believe I AM 100% qualify for that job. The only reason was they are not willing to pay that much after they knew how much that I make. So, they made a good reason.

Do you think that I can ask them to give me an expliantion for why I am not qualify for that job? Is there a law allow me doing that?

Thanks.

Q1) "Do you think that I can ask them to give me an expliantion for why I am not qualify for that job?"
A1) Yes, you can certainly ask them for a reason, but they are not obligated to do so AND you could be jeopardizing any consideration that they might have for future opportunities with them.

Q2) "Is there a law allow me doing that?"
A2) You don't need a law allowing you to ask a question. I assume you are really trying to ask, "Is there a law REQUIRING that they respond?". If correct, the answer is no.
