I was terminated in writing after sending an e-mail to my employer stating that I needed to take a leave of abscense due to the need to try to save a falling apart marriage.
I was terminated based on poor performance and attendance problems.
I was never warned in writing as far as performance, but I was warned verbally.
I was relocated by this company from Florida to Virginia and now I cannot find work at all.
I got my final paycheck, but was not payed for vacation time.
I don't think that I was legally violated, but it is just a question.
