I recently got laid off without any notice with another 50 employees (force reduction) and they offered us two weeks pay in exchange for my signature on a release document that prohibits me from pursuing any actions against my former employer. I didn’t sign that release yet.

My employment offer includes the following: “You or “company name”, may terminate your employment at will, at any time with two weeks notice, with or without cause”. Am I eligible for 2 weeks pay based on my employment offer since I didn't get a 2 week notice?
